- How long does the free trial last? What are its limitations?
- Our free trial lasts for 20 days. You can run up to 50 identity verifications during this period, enabling you to understand how the system works under real-world conditions.
The free trial is available on our Progeny API live production system. In case you upgrade to a paid plan, you can directly start using the Progeny API without any further changes needed. - Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
- None. Everything is included in the monthly or yearly subscription fee.
In case of a custom package, you can select from a specific SLA package that better suits your needs. - How do billing and payment work?
- We are billing on a monthly basis, at the start of each month. In case you have selected a yearly plan instead of monthly, billing takes place at the start of the contract with all funds due at once.
Additional surcharges, if eligible for the plan selected, are billed at the end of each calendar month -- or, even on a weekly basis if the amount outstanding reaches a specific threshold agreed between you and us.
Our default payment method is via card. We support debit and credit card options; bank transfer is offered for custom packages only. - What information do you store about my users?
- None. We do not store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about your users -- instead, we delete the information submitted by you in your request to the Progeny API immediately after processing is complete.
- Where is data submitted by my users processed?
- We process data exclusively in data centres within the European Union (EU).
